2. Website delivery and hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. To deliver the pages, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data. These include, in particular, the page or file requested, the time of access, browser and operating system, referrer and the IP address required for transmission. According to IONOS, IP addresses are anonymised in access statistics. IP addresses may also be processed in technical logs for troubleshooting.
This processing serves to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security. Its legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website). IONOS specifies an eight-week retention period for visitor data in web hosting.
3. IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS describes a standard WebAnalytics evaluation for web hosting. It is used for statistical analysis and technical improvement of the website. According to IONOS, analysis is carried out using log files or a tracking pixel without cookies; the IP address is anonymised after transmission. Data collected include files accessed, time, device type, browser, operating system, referrer and an anonymised IP address. This does not affect the technical transmission of the IP address required to deliver the website. Where personal data are involved, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact
When you call or email us, we process the contact details and the content of your message in order to respond or arrange an appointment. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the matter concerns pre-contractual steps or treatment, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Where health data must be processed for treatment, the requirements of Article 9(2)(h) GDPR also apply. Contacting us is voluntary; without the details needed to respond, we may be unable to deal with your enquiry.
Data are deleted once they are no longer required to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention duties or documentation duties for treatment records apply. Email providers are also involved in the technical transmission of emails. Where possible, please do not send sensitive health information by unencrypted email; a brief message without medical details is sufficient to arrange an appointment.
5. Cookies and external content
The website itself uses no analytics or marketing cookies, external fonts, embedded maps or videos, or social media plugins. VOD and map services are linked only. When you follow such a link, you leave this website and the privacy notice of the respective provider applies. No cookie consent banner is envisaged for the current technical setup. This assessment must be reviewed if the website changes.
6. Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made on this website.
